Strong leg and arm work, shoulder strenghening.

Suitable for all students with minimum 1 year of Yoga practice.

  • 1 chair

In general on the Wednesdays, we explore details of each pose, encouraging both beginners and experienced practitioners to improve their alignment.

This class is designed to calm your mind and work your body after a busy week day, so you feel relaxed and accomplished for the rest of your week.

Claudia: I started yoga at the Yogazentrum Akazienhof with Renate Ockel, whose lifelong enthusiasm, curiosity and profound joy for the subject motivates and influences me to this day. Since 2018 I have been a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institute Berlin, actively supported by my mentors Katrin Voigt and Elizabeth Brass, founders of the Iyengar Yoga Centre in Berlin-Schöneberg.
