What if you could better understand the functioning of the stress cycle & find personal tools to self regulate?
In this workshop, we debunk myths around stress, look at the connection between stress & breath, and reflect on YOUR best tools. You'll also leave with 3 simple breathing techniques to use for common everyday life situations.
